As a postpartum doula, I love supporting families as they welcome their new baby! I feel the most at home when I’m working in a caregiving role, whether I’m caring for new moms and their partners, new babies or siblings! I love all things homemaking and keeping the flow of a home going while families adjust to new members.

I have supported women recovering from all types of births - from home births to unmedicated hospital births to births with medical interventions. Full term to micropremies. I believe every decision and experience is valid and unique just like you! I am a truly open and unbiased listener.

I offer a wide range of services for families to chose from. My specialties are centered around the kitchen: cooking, meal prep, freezer meals. I will always leave you with a kitchen reset! Laundry, tidying the home, organizing, errands, baby care and more can be done during my time with you.

During daytime visits, we will do a check in to see how you're feeling, how baby is doing and what feels important for you that day. I will make sure you're fed and rested by the time I leave so you are recharged and ready for your day. 

 

Overnight visits can help ensure that parents get a good night's sleep for the following day. Nighttime duties include: light housekeeping, laundry, meal prep, baby care while you sleep- imagine waking up to a tidy home, rested and ready to care for your baby!

I’m located in Murphy, NC & serving families within an hour of my home. I am able to travel farther for a small fee of $15 outside of my area.

Beyond my doula work, I am a gardener with dreams to grow a majority of my family’s food. I love growing plants from seed & this year have mastered growing herbs from seed! I love a homegrown tomato and a backyard bouquet. Some might say I have too many houseplants. I’m always reading a book and always know what I’m reading next.
